Signing Up
If your office has 25 employees or fewer, you can easily sign up online or over the phone at
800-289-2837. For larger offices with more than 25 employees, you can sign up in minutes with a customer service rep at 800-289-2837.
Our online sign up lets you explore all your options:
- Choose your products– Explore all of our money-saving products and use our handy water recommendation
chart to figure out how much water you need.
- Choose a water cooler– We have premium quality water coolers that fit all types of offices.
Get detailed information and
photos of water coolers to find one that works for you.
- Stock up– In addition to your spring water delivery, you can also stock up on various selections
of sparkling water, mineral
waters and Starbucks® coffee.
RECEIVING YOUR FIRST DELIVERY
On the delivery date you’ve selected, we’ll drop off your first delivery of water and a new water cooler if
you’ve selected one. You are only required to be at the office to receive your first delivery. You do not need
to be present to receive regular deliveries, simply leave your empty bottles at a pre-arranged location and we
will replace them with your new delivery.
You'll also receive a printed delivery schedule that will tell you exactly when you will receive your upcoming
deliveries. You can access your up-to-date delivery schedule online at any time at
eservice.arrowheadwater.com.
MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT ONLINE
You can manage your account online 24/7 with the ability to change and skip deliveries, as well
as add other great products like our popular On-The-Go sizes and even Starbucks® coffee!
